The Package
Long Meadow Bakery knew that they wanted a bespoke package to suit the needs of their Pembroke-based business.
Client Brief
We could start out designing the website as they already had an existing logo. We decided to also use the white and dark grey colour scheme to tie in with their existing branding.
This business knew that they wanted a website that represented their brand. Since we already had an idea of their aesthetic, we could base the themes of the website around their existing branding. Once we decided on the basic colour scheme, we could then start work on the basic design of the website.
Once they were happy with the modern layout and the typography we selected, the basis of the design was finalised.
The Process
Before we started inserting the business’ information onto the site, we decided it would be best to place the images that they sent us, first. This way, we would have the layout of the site ready and we could place the information around it.
We also went to their business and took some high-quality photos of their products
Once we had the images and the information on the site, we separate this information into multiple pages with a top menu to navigate on the site. This makes the information easily accessible.
They also wanted a website that had e-commerce functionality so a shop page was set up with their products being available to be bought from the site.
Furthermore, a contact form was set up for the main pages and for their page where you can book to stay in the flat above their bakery.
We kept amending the site until Long Meadow was completely happy with the design and the included information. Then the website was complete.
They also wanted business cards designing and printing to promote their business further. We designed these cards by using the design of their website to continue their brand continuity. This was also the same for the stickers they wanted designing.
